The Indira Gandhi Indoor Stadium is the largest sports arena in Delhi and the second largest in the World. Spread over an area of 102 acres this sports complex in Delhi offers a seating capacity of 25,000. One of the major venues of the Common wealth games 2010 the Indira Gandhi Indoor stadium is situated in Indraprastha Estate in the Eastern region of New Delhi.- Stadium can be divided into 2 equal halves by a retractable sound-proof, fire-proof synthetics wall

The various games scheduled to be held at the IG Indoor Stadium include Gymnastics, Cycling and Wrestling. Gymnastics are planned take to place between 4 -8 October, Cycling 5 - 8 October and Wrestling 5 - 10 October. For Gymnastics there is one indoor stadium which has a spectator capacity of 14,348. Cycling will be held at a 50 m covered Timber Track which has a seating capacity of 4000 and as far as Wrestling is concerned there are three competition mat areas developed for the sport with a seating capacity of 6,932.Road Distance of Games Village to IG Indoor Stadium
