Agra Airport (Kheria Airport)
The Agra Airport is also known as Kheria Air Force Station (ICAO: VIAG, IATA: AGR). It was set up as a public airport and army airbase offering services to Agra city, in Uttar Pradesh, India. The airport is one of the biggest army airbases of the IAF (Indian Air Force) and has been tantamount to the Taj Mahal for more than 50 years. On August 15, 2007, the airport observed its sixtieth birthday. At present, the airport does not offer scheduled commercial flight services. Only seasonal flights are available from this airport.
