Snow World is the first ever snow Theme Park in Hyderabad. It happens to be the biggest snow park in the world. It is located in the Himayatnagar in Hyderabad. The snow park was inaugurated in the year 2004. This park has been a favorite tourist spot from the day of its inauguration.

The Snow Park in Hyderabad is actually a part of Ocean Park, which is supposed to be the largest amusement park in Andhra Pradesh. Snow World is the ideal place to drop in the scorching summer temperatures. The timing to have a cool hang out is from 11 am to 9 pm.

The Snow World has been developed keeping in mind the visitors of all age groups. There are every kind of recreational activities arranged for the adults, teen agers, youths and children. There is a separate kids' snow play area. One can also engage oneself in building an igloo or a snow man. Out of the total area alloted for the snow park, which is 17,000 sq feet, 4,000 sq feet area has been kept for the purpose of snow dancing and ice hotel.

In a session of 1 hour, there are special sessions arranged for the snow fall that lasts for about 10 minutes per session. There are generally 11 such sessions that are held per day. With the establishment of this Snow Park in Hyderabad, the people of Hyderabad, is no longer required to step outside the city to enjoy the snow fall.
