Ganga Lake: Covering about 67,500 m, this ovuculate-triangular shaped lake is amongst the rugged hill, provides a perfect setting for boating in the western part of Itanagar.
Sally Lake: Overlooking a beautiful valley, the clear water with variety of marine life makes boating a wonderful experience.
Pasighat: 60 km from Pasighat, Siom river is also a favorite spot for boating.

The challenging sport of river rafting in Arunachal Pradesh is something alluring to the world-wide adventurers. The high and low, curving, swirling rivers of Upper Himalaya are the best water bodies in India for white water rafting. The remoteness and the inaccessibility of the rivers of Arunachal Pradesh pose tumultuous hurdles to the rafters and it is to enjoy these challenges that they travel thousand of miles. The mighty Brahmaputra is the paradise of the rafters. Its tributaries, Subansiri and Lohit, are also excellent rafting spots, mainly explored by the amateurs.
