Bornadi Wildlife Sanctuary is located in the beautiful Darrang District of Assam. It is sprung over an area of 26.22 sq. km. It received the status of a sanctuary in the year 1980 by the Government of Assam. Bornadi Wildlife Sanctuary is a safe haven for endangered species like Hispid Hare and Pigmy Hog. The main attraction of the sanctuary are Capped Langur, Pigmy Hog, Porcupine, Bison, Hispid Hare, Pangolin, Tiger, Asiatic Elephant, Leopard etc.

Bornadi Wildlife Sanctuary at Assam is well connected through the National Highway No. 52. and located 70 km from Mangaldai and 130 km from Guwahati. Regular public buses and vehicles run from from Guwahati, or Mangaldai, which would take you to the sanctuary.
