Bihar Districts

Bihar districts are 37 in number. Each of the Bihar districts is a geographical administrative unit, which is headed by a deputy commissioner of Indian Administrative Service or a district magistrate. The deputy commissioner or district magistrate is assisted by a few administrative officials. Important Bihar districts are given below:
