Ingredients for Pua :
- 1 full cup sooji or rava
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ cup curd
- ½ tea spoon saunf
- 1 ripe mashed banana
- Little bit elaichi powder
- Oil according to your need
Well mixing of all the above said ingredients is very necessary for preparing a tasty Pua. Mix them well and leave the mixing at least for an hour. Keep in mind that the mixing should have to be tight so that you can give it a shape. After 1 hour make small balls from the mixture and put it into the hot oil. Fry those balls until they become brown so that they look delicious. Remove the Puas from hot oil and keep them into a plate or bowl. If you don't like too much oily food then you can use tissue paper, it will absorb the extra oil from the Puas.
