Secretariat Departments

To run an able government, different departments are formed. These departments have massive responsibilities and huge workload. It is not possible to handle such pressure by the minister who is heading that particular department. At this juncture the secretaries come into his aid. Departments with large-scale functions are provided with secretaries. In Chhattisgarh also, some departments enjoy this privilege.
