The Hotel Panjim Inn, Goa has been designated as the first Heritage Hotel of Goa by the Hotel and Restaurant Approval and Classification Committee. The Panjim Inn, Goa, is located in Fontaihas, the only Latin Quarter of Asia. It is replete with its Roman architecture, Greek porticoes and stately mansions. The Panjim Inn itself was a mansion, renovated to form the hotel.
There are several rooms in the Panjim Inn which present an old world charm. The large windows, the Greek architecture and the well carpeted walls present a feel of the times gone by.
