Former Chief Ministers to Vacate Accommodation in Next Three Months
Rajya Sabha Sasikala Pushpa who slapped DMK MP Tiruchy Siva at Delhi International Airport has been terminated for speaking ill about AIADMK. She said that her party chief Jayalalitha had also slapped and she feels threatened. She was stopped by the speaker to not make allegations against people who are not present in the House, but she said she needs protection.
The Supreme Court has ruled that all the ex-chief ministers should vacate their accommodations in next two to three months. The judgment came into limelight after a UP-based NGO Lok Prahari filed for a plea seeking a direction against the bungalows which have been allotted to the ex-CMs as well as other non-eligible organisations.
