Lieutenant Governor Does Not Need to Listen to Delhi Cabinet
An Indian Air Force's Hawk Jet crashed in Bengal on Thursday. However, none of the pilots were hurt. The trainer jet crashed while taking off at Kalaikunda in West Bengal. The Indian Air Force has asked for a probe into the incident. Also, 123 Hawk AJTs has been ordered by India.
As clarified by the Delhi High Court to Aam Aadmi Party, the Lieutenant Governor does not require to listen to Delhi cabinet anymore. This came as a blow to Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal as the executive powers will be cornered at his office. However, the Delhi government has said that it will appeal against the ruling of Delhi High Court in the Supreme Court.
