India’s financial capital Mumbai would soon witness builders offering a 20 per cent discount on property prices to potential home buyers. With lesser number of permissions required and a nominal time of only 60 days being fixed for passing a file, Mumbai builders are more than willing to pass on benefits to their customers by an impressive 20 per cent. The reduction of new permissions from 119 to 59 would directly cut down the cost spent on every square foot, from Rs 800 to Rs 700 per square foot.
