The Ashok Chaat Bhandar of Old Delhi is particularly famous for the spicy and lip smacking chaat that it has been serving for years. Ashok Chaat Bhandar is situated in Hauz Qazi Chowk. Here the 'papris' 'are layered with both yoghurt and sweet saunth. They are then arranged in a plate and are topped with spices such as red chilli, pepper, black salt and roasted zeera. Then, curd is added to this mixture along with green chutney. Finally, this is topped with 'kachaloo'. This procedure and the ingredients clearly indicate that this chaat is bound to taste heavenly. The New Delhi Chaat Café is also famous for the wide variety of hot and spicy chaat that it offers. Haldiram;s is another popular chaat corner of Delhi.

Other than the well known chaat corners of the city, there are many street side stalls, selling different types of chaats at reasonable price. Standing by the street sides and enjoying a plate of peppery chaat is simply loved by both the Delhites and the outsiders. Tasty chaat is also found in Chandni Chowk.
