Delhi Vacation

Delhi, the capital of India, has been at the helm of affairs since ancient times. The seat of power, it has a distinct charm which has spell bound the Indians as well as foreigners alike. Jantar Mantar, built by Raja Sawai Jai Singh II of Jaipur is another place worth a visit while spending vacations in Delhi. This astronomical observatory appears to be a gallery of modern art at the first sight.

Rajghat, memorial of the father of nation, Mahatma Gandhi, is one of the must visit place while planning vacation in Delhi, India. Situated at the bank of river Yamuna, it is the place where mortal remains of Mahatma Gandhi were cremated

Recent addition to the temples of Delhi is the Akshardham temple. This architectural marvel is built in ancient Indian temples style. Constructed under the patronage of the BAPS, this temple complex houses Swaminarayan temple, musical fountain and the IMAX Theater.
