Sandeep Marwah

Sandeep Marwah was born in Delhi on January 3rd, 1960. He shot to fame because of his remarkable contributions in the field of film, theater and television. He was also claimed to be the youngest director of a film institute. Masterpieces like Glossery-I and II, Lessons on Diction, technical television are the result of his masterful compilation of the various nuances of film and television. These literary pieces dictate the techniques that go into the production of transparent realism on screen.

Sandeep Marwah is passionate about his role as a citizen of India and believes in motivating positive ideals with the mass media and communication as a tool. An active member of social activities, he is also into politics and academics. Sandeep Marwah has proved to be the role model for youngsters who are motivated by his invincible achievements in the field of art, literature and politics. The achievements of Sandeep Marwah are:

• He was the councilor of the Students Union of Sardar Patel Vidyalaya in New Delhi
  
  
• Supreme Councilor of the Students Union of Delhi University from 1977 to 1978.
• He was also assigned the post of a special officer in Delhi Pradesh Youth Congress, which was functioning under the leadership of late Shri Sanjay Gandhi.
  
  
• He was also elected as the incharge of the International Affairs of the Indian National Youth Congress, headed by late Prime Minister Shri Rajiv Gandhi.
  
  
• He also served office as the editor of the Youth Congress in association along with Mr. Jagdish Tytler.
  
  
• He was also the chief campaigner for elevating the position of the Youth Congress Movement at Delhi, Bangalore & Mumbai in reminiscence of the late prime minister Shri Rajiv Gandhi.

Sandeep Marwah is considered to be a man with a mission. His short films relating to issues like Drugs and alcohol have created great hue and cry in the society. Making the people aware of what is happening around them and opening their minds and souls towards a bright and hopeful future are the chief forays of these short scripts.
