Raja Ramanna Centre For Advanced Technology

Raja Ramanna Centre for Advanced Technology is a atomic research institution. This institution conducts its research work in these fields which are namely lasers, particle accelerators and other related technologies. The research institution absorbs the best of the students in the whole of the country. Initially it used to conduct its research in limited areas of study but recently it has broadened its horizon.

This center of research was titled Raja Ramanna Centre from the year 2006. It aims to impart adequate knowledge to scholars in the field of advanced atomic technology. Also known as RRCAT it is known all over Madhya Pradesh for its immense contribution in th field of atomic energy and its related fields. The infrastructure of this institution is being improvised for the mutual benefit of the research scholars as well as the professors.

RRCAT has attracted scholars from various fields such as scientific officers, cryogenics, scientific assistants and tradesmen. This institute in Indore has a training school that provides special classes to those scientists and engineers who are new in their field. Plasma physics, superconductivity, cryogenics, lase therapies are taught in this institute. The institution provides one year training to the respective candidates. The research scholars who pursue this course are paid a stipend of Rs. 8,000. Once the training session is complete the trainees are given the badge of Grade C scientists. Raja Ramanna Centre for Advanced Technology in Indore is one of the most excellent educational institutes in the country that imparts a very high level of education to their research students.
