With the aim to develop the medical system of the state, the Haryana government would now establish 3 medical colleges and 4 modern laboratories for research work.
The Haryana medical colleges offer both undergraduate and post-graduate medical programs for the students. Students can opt for MBBS, BDS, B-Pharmacy, BAMS, MD, MS, MDS, Nursing courses, Para-medical courses etc. Apart from these the institutes also provide various short term and orientation programs for the medical students.

Students, who aim at doing graduation in medical science from the medical colleges of Haryana, must score at least 50% marks in 10+2 examination, in science stream. Further the students also need to seat for a competitive entrance test. The candidates are chosen as per their performance in the entrance test. PG medical programs like MDS, MD, etc can be pursued after completing Bachelor's degree in Medical Science.
