www.Mapsofindia.com is the largest site on Indian Maps and is filled with India-centric maps, covering all the states, Union Territories, districts and cities of India. The site has thematic map images based on many themes and subjects. At present, the site has more than 6,000 pages of information and thematic map images on India.

What are the services that you provide?

We provide customized maps and maps solutions as per the requirements of our clients. Till to-date, we have tailored maps for corporate houses and organizations like Maruti Udyog Ltd, World Bank, Craft Museum and many other government units. We have also launched 2 CDs - AllWonders Maps of India (MOI) CD and Allwonders Maps at School CD. MOI CD is currently in its 4th version and provides over 4,000 maps and a galore of information on India. Allwonders Maps at School CD provides maps catering to the needs of the school students. Are the maps on the site to scale?

We make all efforts to see to it that the maps can be scaled yet we suggest, on record, not to scale our map images.

Can I use your maps for non-commercial purposes?

Yes, You can use the maps for non-commercial purposes but only after you get our approval. You can use the maps once you buy them, after specifying to us the purpose for which the map is being bought. However, if it is for a global-social cause and you require reduction or exemption in the cost of the maps, please do write to operations@mapsofindia.com.

Can I be sued if I use your maps without your permission?

Yes, you may be sued. We definitely take the required legal action promptly in case some one uses our maps from our site without our prior permission and consent. Usually, the penalties /compensation and settlement cost for using the maps are 20 times higher than what you incur during legal/ authorized use.

Can I purchase the maps available at your site?

Yes, You can purchase these maps from us at the amount mentioned against each one of them. Please use our shopping cart for this purpose.

If I don't buy maps from the site, is there any other way I can purchase it. If yes, whom should I contact?

Does your site sell other map products?

No, but we have another network site www.indiamapstore.com, which sells maps and travel products.

Do you take suggestions for new maps?

Yes, we definitely welcome any kind of suggestions for new maps.

Can I get some alterations done on the maps as per my requirement?

Yes, alterations can surely be done according to your requirement. You just need to tell us what exactly your need is and the maps can be tailored accordingly. However, there are specific costs attached to the changes that we incorporate.

Since its inception in 1998, the site is being updated everyday. In case of natural calamities or any unforeseen incidents, we update the site even on holidays. We cover all special events too.

What are your major achievements?

Achievements have been many but one that we hold very close to our heart was when President of India A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, while taking the inaugural Internet class in Karnataka for over 600 students on October 29, 2002 at Kanteerava Indoor Stadium, took them to our site, www.mapsofindia.com, to show that information could be just a mouse click away. Other dignitaries present on the occasion were Governor T.N. Chaturvedi and Chief Minister S.M. Krishna. Besides this, Maps of India has seen over 20 million unique visitors and the list is continuing to grow everyday.
