Jammu and Kashmir Wildlife Tourism

The picturesque state of Jammu and Kashmir encircled by the lofty Himalayan mountains is famed for a multitude of reasons. The sanctuary is famed for the large varieties of wild animals like the Neelgai and the Barking Deer. The sanctuary is a real treat for bird lovers and ornithologists who wait patiently in the tranquil quietude to get a glimpse of the colored plumes or a tuneful twitter from the White Cheeked Bulbul, Red Jungle Fowl, Jungle Crow, Blue Rock Pigeon, Peafowl, Indian Mynah and Golden Oriole.
