Jharkhand KVS Schools are government schools run by an independent organization named Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS). The organization is run by the Government of India. KVS has a very long network and they have their schools in almost every part of India. Till date there are around 979 KVS schools all across India with around 9,85,366 students and 38,735 employees attached to it.
KVS schools in Jharkhand are affiliated to Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi, i.e., CBSE board for class X and XII examinations. These schools offer free education till Class VIII.
