Central Agricultural University
To cater the aspiring agricultural researchers and students of the 6 north eastern states, the Central Agricultural University was established in Manipur in 1992. It was founded under the Central Agricultural University Act 1992. The Central Agricultural University or CAU holds importance in the overall education in Manipur.
The Central Agricultural University has its headquarters at the capital city of Manipur, Imphal.
