Khari and Dhai are the tributaries of the river, Banas. Khari River originates from the hill area near Deogarh of Rajsamand District. The river joins Banas near Chosala village in the Ajmer District. Dhai River originates from the southeastern slope of the Aravali Range near the Nasirabad Tehsil of Ajmer. The river flows across the district and joins Banas River near Bisalpur village.
Sabarmati and Saraswati are two other non-perennial rivers in Ajmer District. These rivers remain dry during most of the year. During monsoon, the water level of the rivers rises. Water of these rivers is potable, which is used for drinking across the district.
