Top 10 Cars under Rs. 5 lakh in India Image

Even about a decade ago, owning a car was a dream for the Indian masses. Over the last few years, however, Indian automobile manufacturers have flooded the market with a variety of hatchbacks and small cars designed to fit four to five individuals – ideal for an Indian family. It could be the higher incomes in urban families or easier EMI and repayment options offered by financial institutions, whatever the reason, more and more Indians are opting to buy their own cars rather than depending on public transportation. The country’s youth certainly seems to prefer owning a small car to owning a two-wheeler. Here are top 10 picks for cars in a budget of Rs. 5,00,000.
