Chinese Hakka Noodles

Hakka Noodles is one of the simplest Chinese dishes and one can find it being prepared even on the road side fast food shops or Chinese vans and not just upscale restaurants. Chinese Hakka Noodles are made by boiling the noodles and then stir frying them with various choice of vegetables. The vegetables I used with this preparation are cabbage, bell peppers, carrots and spring onions, however you can also use beans, regular onions, etc. This is the simplest recipe to make Chinese Hakka Noodles and is an excellent choice when you want to have something different for dinner without spending much time in the kitchen. Chinese Hakka Noodles should be served fresh and hot out of the wok with some spicy sauce for a perfect pairing.
