Eggs are one of the best when it comes to daily nutrition. Its good to include them in your everyday diet, which is just too easy with so many different egg recipes available to us. Someone may like poached eggs and someone boiled, some may like an omelette and some may like curry. What is your favorite egg recipe? Well today I give you yet another egg recipe called the Egg Roll. These rolls are just too perfect for breakfast or main course. You may find them in street shops and they can also be made at home. Fill them up with your choice of vegetables and the taste comes out just yummy. The moistness of the eggs with some sauces makes the roll absolutely delectable. All you need is (serves 4)

Maida – 1/2 cup

Atta – 1/2 cup

Eggs – 8

Onion – 1 cup (sliced thinly)

Salt to taste

Garam masala – 1/2 tsp

Chili sauce – 2 tsp

Tomato sauce – 2 tsp

Oil for shallow frying

Egg Roll Recipe

Preparation time: 15 min.

Cooking time: 15 min.

Mix maida and atta and knead a soft dough. Cover and keep for 15 min.

Make small balls from the dough about the size of a golf ball, roll it into a circle.

Heat oil for shallow frying over a tava and fry the roll base from both sides until flaky and golden brown. Keep aside.

Whisk the eggs with salt and pour the batter over the tava, immediately place the roll base over the egg and let it cook for about 2 min.

Remove the base with egg on the top side.

Place onions, dress with tomato ketchup, chili sauce and garam masala.

Roll and serve.
