Terrorism is one of the deadliest indispositions the entire world has been trying to battle down from a very long time. Despite being such a serious probe, it has never been spoken about with much transparency. Bollywood, as one of the best mediums of global connect, has never shied away from taking up such crucial issues of concern. Which is why, films like Baby come into existence! Neeraj Pandey’s another gripping action-thriller, Baby talks about the overly sensitive scrape of terrorism in an extremely astute way.

Plot: Post 26/11, a special counter-espionage team is formed to locate and eliminate the terrorists who have been planning attacks on India. Can this trial-basis unit of special officers thwart the discreet terror maniacs, is what Baby narrates!

Performances: A dynamic stuntman, Akshay Kumar does what he is best at doing- resplendent sequence of action! He is the undisputed action hero of Bollywood and there is not a single doubt about that. The fierce look and posture of this star makes him the ultimate choice for this role.

Danny Denzongpa makes an impressive comeback after wasting himself in Bang-Bang! Delivering a powerful performance, he earns back his lost stature.

Anupam Kher does an outstanding job in the second half. This man definitely knows how to stand out.

Rana Daggubati looks like the hulk of Bollywood. Despite a short role, his performance speaks louder than his words.

Pakistani actors, Rashid Naz and Mikaal Zulfiqar , add every bit of strength to the film.

Taapssee Pannu, too, manages to impress with a stupendous action scene. This girl definitely has something to offer.

Music: Going by the theme of the film, Baby does not have a full-fledged music score. There are only two tracks in the list, Beparwaah and Main tujhse pyar nai karti. While Beparwaah carries the spirit of the film, the other one is a simple tune with some catchy lyrics.

What’s Good: The film has some mind-blowing action stunts backed by a ripping story and some terrific actors. The narration is crisp and engaging. The cinematography is outstanding and the locations chosen to shoot the film are all in all stunning. Another impressive element is the casting of the film which has been done remarkably. Each and every actor delivers a top-notch performance.

What’s Bad: Nothing apart from a long duration.

Baby is one of the most bewitching action-thrillers ever made in Bollywood! The director leaves no stone unturned in impressing the audience with yet another phenomenal project. The content is precisely rich, well-researched and sharp. The dialogues come easy and yet have a thronging effect. Baby is an honest film that dares to bring out the real picture of terrorism! It deserves to watched by one and all!

Verdict: A must watch!
