Spice Comes up With an Affordable Android Hindi Smartphone

India’s first Android One Hindi smartphone, Spice Dream Uno H Android One, has been launched by Spice with the collaboration of Google, the search engine giant  targeting the 300 million Hindi-speaking population specially from Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Rajasthan, Bihar, Madhya Pradesh and other regions.

Spice Dream Uno H has been launched with a very affordable price of Rs 6,499 which will run on a Hindi version of Android Kitkat. This first-ever Android One Hindi smartphone has come up with a complete Hindi keyboard, voice input and Hindi versions of Google services such as Chrome, Search, You Tube, Google Maps and Google Translate. It also features third party Hindi apps like Aajtak, Sony LIV, Hungama as well as Hindi deviant of Spice’s cloud back-up service Spice Cloud.

Spice Dream Uno H will be available in all offline retail outlets as it is not an online exclusive.

Hindi smartphone’s features

This smartphone features both Hindi and Indian English voice inputs. All the Hindi programmes along with the favourite TV shows and music videos can be searched through this phone.

This smart device has been designed with dual SIM 3G along with 1.3 GHz Quad Core processor which runs with the help of 4.4.4. Kitkat OS. Not only this, very soon it will be available with the latest Android updates like Android Lollipop. Spice Dream Uno H has been facilitated with a 1700 mAH Li – Polymer battery which has a standby time of up to 160 hrs and 1020 min (2G) and 620 min (3G) talk time.

This smartphone can store a large amount of movies, music, photos and videos as it has an expandable storage capacity of 32 GB. It has also come up with 11.43 cm IPS display, 2 MP front camera and 5 MP auto focus rear camera.
