Rajasthan Parliamentary Constituencies comprise of eighteen General seats; four seats are reserved for Schedule Castes and three seats are reserved for Schedule Tribes.
The Returning Officer (R.O) of a parliamentary constituency is responsible for conducting elections as per section 21 of the Representation of the People Act 1951.
In Rajasthan’s case the concerned Deputy Commissioner acts as R.O.
