Ghosi is a small town in the Mau district of Uttar Pradesh. It has a pleasant weather and an idyllic atmosphere.
According to the census of 2001, Ghosi Parliamentary Constituency had a population of around 35,833. About 52 percent of them were males while 48 percent of them were females. Ghosi Parliamentary Constituency was won by the SP candidate in the elections of 2004.
