    Namchi Public School, Namchi was set up in the year 1989 by the Human Resource Development Department of the Government of Sikkim. In 1992, it was put into the jurisdiction of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Darjeeling-Sikkim. For classes XI and XII, St. Xaviers School, Pakyong offer Science and Humanities streams only.
