- Flute - Flute is one of the oldest musical instruments in Sikkim. Flute is a wind instrument, which is made of a bamboo stick with seven round holes on its body.
- Naumati - Naumati is an auspicious band played in the Nepalis in Sikkim during the religious ceremonies. The Nepalis play the Naumati while offering prayers, or during the christening ceremonies.
- Bells - Bells are used in the temples of Sikkim during various religious ceremonies like 'aarti' or 'kirtans'. Bells are generally sounded by the priests to initiate or end a 'puja'.
- Cymbals - Cymbals are generally used during dance performances. Most of the folk dance in Sikkim is supported by cymbals and drums.
