Project: SCALE UP LABORATORY for R&D, Greater Noida
Project Details:

1. A column less open space was needed to work on scaled models.
2. An RC column and Steel truss structure were envisaged to provide the open space.
3. The Building was given external finishes to compliment the existing buildings in the centre.

Project: Refinery Complex in India required a hostel for Executives at Guru Gobind Singh refineries Ltd.
Project Details:

1. The building has been designed as per the standards of executives of a Major Public Sector.
2. An Inward looking structure, based on courtyard concept is envisaged to suit the extreme climate of Punjab.
3. The Hostel has all the modern amenities such as Gym, Library, Club Area, Computer room, Swimming Pool etc.

Project: Residential Complex on Jaipur Delhi Highway
Project Details:

1. The complex is developed as Individual plotted residential colony.
2. Also envisaged are additional facilities for commercial purposes such as shopping Mall, Hotel with Lodging and boarding facilities.
3. Clubs, Banquet area, Gym, Sports Arena, Swimming Pool, Golf Course and a Restaurant have also been built.

Project Details:
Several outlets accommodating convenience Stores and other facilities were designed.

Project Details:
The standardization of Service buildings along with designing of factory for bottling plants was performed.

Project: World Class Office Space
Project Details:

1. Approximately 1000.00 m2 was taken up in a corporate tower.
2. The office was divided in two parts namely Technical Area and Administration Area.
3. Both areas were treated differently in terms of usages of materials and design.
4. The office comprises all the modern amenities including a Gym, Cafeteria, Pipe Music, and Conference with Video conferencing etc.
