 The Forge Shop:
Our Forge Shop is equipped with brand new friction drop hammers, screw forging presses and modern tool room equipped with latest EDM Machines, Vertical Machining Centers, CNC turning centers and other allied machinery like conventional milling machines, turning machines, slotting machines, thread rolling machines, copy turning machines, grinding machines etc. We manufacture forging weighing from .5 Kg to 40 Kg with max. shaft dia of 100 mm in almost all grades of Carbon Steel and Alloy Steel.

Our sophisticated machine shop is equipped with latest CNC turning and milling machines, grinding, drilling and tapping machines, and other allied machinery that incorporate a wide variety of innovative capabilities.
Our team of talented and highly skilled quality control experts with relevant experience carries out stringent checks and tests at various stages of production to ensure that no defect is passed on to the customers.
Major process of Non-Destructive and physical testing is carried out in-house and some testing is outsourced from reputed Metallurgical labs. We carry out Load Testing up to 1000 KN & up to 7.000 mm long by class approved test machines.
