- String Instruments- String Instruments are made up of fine strings that produce wonderful tunes by striking them with fingers and by applying pressures at different places. The best example of the String Instrument is the Ektara
- Metal Instrument- The Metals Instruments are made up of various kinds of metals that produce loud beats supported by the rhythm of the folk song. Mandira, also known as Khanjani is an example of the Metal Instrument
- Hide Instrument- The Hide Instruments are made up of animal skins. One example of the hide Instrument is Khamak
