Lisa Ray is a gorgeous model of India with green eyes and an hour glass figure. She was born on April 4, 1974 in Toronto, Canada, to a Polish mother and a Bengali father. She did her first ad campaign at the age of sixteen for Bombay Dyeing which paved her way to be featured on the cover of the Glad Rags magazine. Within a very short duration she became the most favorite model of many designers.

She even acted in Deepa Mehta's Water (2005), in which she plays the role of a widow who wants to free herself from the customs of society. The film was nominated for the Oscars in the category of Best Foreign Language Film of the Year.
