01 August 2019 Current Events Delhi Government Doctors on Strike for a Day

As per recent news updates, doctors working at various Delhi government hospitals such as AIIMS, Ram Manohar Lohia and Safdarjung are likely to declare strike on Thursday, August 1, 2019. Moreover, the strike is against National Medical Commission (NMC) Bill. Not only this, doctors have decided to withdraw their services at the emergency departments. Meanwhile, doctors have strictly decided to discontinue their services for a day at OPDs, ICUs and emergency departments as a sign of protest against the bill passed in the Rajya Sabha.
