01 July 2019 Current Events Bus Plunges into Gorge in Jammu and Kashmir

As per recent news updates, on Monday, July 1, 2019 around 7:50 am, an accident took place in the hilly region of Kishtwar district. Here, bus plunged into a gorge. The media reports state that 25 people lost their lives and 13 got injured. The reason behind the plunge was the overloaded mini bus which veered off the road, and as a result plunged into the deep gorge. Till now, complete reports related to the number of deaths are not available, but 25 are expected to have been killed in this bizarre accident. Moreover, as soon as the accident was reported, the rescue team was witnessed at the site of mishap. All we can do is pray for the families who have lost their loved ones.
