On Monday, a district court in Patna has accepted that Ruby Rai, the much controversial topper is a minor, after checking her matriculation certificate in which her date of birth is mentioned November 15, 1998. Following this, she has been shifted to a remand home from the Beur model jail.

Cabinet to Reshuffle, New Ministers to be Included

As per reports, the existing result is known only to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Bharatiya Janata Party President Amit Shah.
