PM Modi is in Bangaluru and is going to address a public rally today. The time of the Rally is scheduled at 4 pm and will be held at Palace grounds. An 85-day long Navakarnataka Nirmana Parivarthana Yatra was conducted across the state of Karnataka by State Party President BS Yeddyurappa. The rally will mark the culmination of this yatra.
4 soldiers, including an Army Captain and 3 jawans, were martyred in heavy mortar shelling by Pakistani troops in Jammu and Kashmir. The incident took place along the Line of Control in twin border districts of Poonch and Rajouri on Sunday. As per reports, 84 schools around the Line of Control area are closed for next 3 days and people are ordered to remain indoors.
