Indefinite bus strike in Tamil Nadu; Coimbatore the most affected

An indefinite bus strike has been observed by transport workers in Tamil Nadu which has created difficulty for various commuters. A large number of people were found waiting at various bus stops to catch private buses. The strike has been called for the failure of talks with the government. State transport corporations including TNSTC, SETC, and MTC went on a sudden strike on Thursday.

Operation Alert launched along 200km long Border in Jammu and Kashmir

The Border Security Force (BSF) has launched an operation alert along 200 kilometers long border in Jammu and Kashmir to limit the increasing movements of militants from across the border. It was reported BSF has declared “Ops Alert” on the border due to the movement of militants.
