Union government launches Krishi Kalyan Abhiyaan to assist farmers in Aspirational Districts

The Union Government has launched 'Krishi Kalyan Abhiyaan' under which the farmers residing in the Aspirational Districts will be provided assistance and advice on improving farming techniques and increasing their income. The scheme was launched by the Agriculture Ministry after consultation with the Prime Minister.
