06 March 2017 Current Events Pak Ex-NSA Admits 26/11 Attack Carried out by Terror Group from Pakistan

As per reports, Pakistan’s former national security adviser Mahmud Ali Durrani has admitted that a Pakistan based terror group carried out 26/11 Mumbai attack, in which more tan 250 people lost their lives. However, he said that Pakistani government was not involved in the attack.


SC to Revive Criminal Conspiracy Charge against BJP Leaders over Babri Demolition Case

As per reports, BJP leaders LK Advani, Murli Manohar Joshi and Uma Bharti may fall into trouble as Supreme Court may order a joint trial of the two cases in the Babri demolition case which are presently underway. Of the two, one is in Lucknow and the other in Rae Bareli.

Earlier, charges of criminal conspiracy against Advani and many other leaders of the party were dropped by the lower court in Rae Bareli.

The final decision will be taken by the Supreme Court on 22 March 2017.
