Arvind Kejriwal Granted Bail on Defamation Case

Delhi Chief Minister, Arvind Kejriwal has got bail on defamation complaint filed by BJP MP Ramesh Bidhuri. BJP MP Bidhuri had launched the complaint in February 2016. Kejriwal appeared before the court and furnished a personal bond of Rs, 10, 000, which was granted by Metropolitan Magistrate Harvinder Singh. The further hearing is scheduled for August 6.

Transgenders Above Age of 60 to Get pension in Kerala

The LDF regime has announced about plans to allot pension to transgenders of age group of sixty above. While presenting the budget in the Assembly, Finance Minister Thomas Isaac, made the announcement. He also confirmed about protection of the rights of the community. However, the amount of the pension has not been mentioned yet.
