Ranji Trophy: Mumbai Makes it to their 46th Final

As per reports, Mumbai has made it to the 2016-17 Ranji Trophy season as defending champions and bagged the title for the 41st time. Aditya Tare's team gave a tough time to Group A with 30 points and became the first team to qualify for the final eight.

Mumbai left behind Jharkhand and Tamil Nadu, and will be meeting Gujarat in the summit. In a total of 83 years of Ranji Trophy, this is Mumbai's 46th final in the sport.

SilkAir Offers Special New Year Airfares

According to reports, the regional wing of Singapore Airlines, SilkAir has announced special fares for destinations like Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines, Indonesia, Cambodia, China, Japan, and Laos.

To travel before 30 June, the all-inclusive airfare of Rs 19,499 has to be booked by the end of January.

The airline operates flights to eight Indian cities.

BHIM e-wallet App: 10 Million Downloads in 10 Ten Days

As per reports, BHIM, an e-wallet unveiled by PM Modi for Android users has crossed 10 million downloads in just 10 days of its launch. The app has topped the charts with a rating of 4.1 on the Google's Play Store in India.

The app can work on simple feature phones without any internet connection.

No Problem Between me and Akhilesh, says Mulayam Singh Yadav

As per reports, Samajwadi Party leader Mulayam Singh Yadav said on Monday that some problems were there in the party but as such there is no issue between him and his son, Akhilesh Yadav. However, he mentioned that one person was behind the existing confusion.

He assured that everything will be resolved.

Three Civilians Killed in Akhnoor Terror Attack

As per reports, three labourers were killed in a terrorist attack at GREF camp in Battal along the Line of Control in Jourian area during the early hours of Monday. The terrorists may have infiltrated from across the border, and are yet to be traced.
