12 July 2016 Current Events Security Establishment to Continue Fighting Against Terror in Kashmir

The killing of Hizbul Mujahideen Burhan Wani has led the violent protests in south Kashmir. However, the security forces is reportedly going to continue its fight against terror. As per a top officer of security establishment, whoever picks up arms and gets engaged in violence will be dealt firmly. Reports say, the situation were getting normal on Monday.


Kerala Man Associated with IS, Voice Clip Reveals

A native of Padne in Kasargod district of Kerala, Ijaz sent a voice clip to his relatives proved that he is associated with IS. He also mentioned that everybody who left Padne which include Shihaz and Ashfaq are also there and said IS is not a terrorist organisation. Though in his message he regretted for having lied to his relatives but he said that he was left with no option.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is going to have a meeting with his cabinet ministers to review the present situation of Kashmir. Senior members of the cabinet like Finance Minister Arun Jaitley, Home Minister Rajnath Singh, Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar and External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj will be attending the meeting. Ajit Doval, National Security Advisor is also supposed to be a part of the meeting.
