13 March 2019 Current Events Government justifies 10% quota for the Economically Weaker Section in Supreme Court

The Central Government of India has justified the 10% reservation which will benefit the Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) of the society. As per the sources, the move will the people by giving them equal opportunities irrespective of their castes. This move is meant for promoting social equality amongst individuals. The Government has submitted an affidavit for the same in the Supreme Court.
