IT-dept to Probe 60,000 People with its Launch of Second Phase of Operation Clean Money

As per reports, in order to detect the flow of black money in banks post demonetization of higher currency notes, the second phase of Operation ‘Clean Money’ has been launched by the Income Tax department. Reports also say that the department is going to issue notices to 60,000 people.

The impact of the operation is quite visible as an increase of 21.7 per cent in the returns of income received during fiscal year 2016-17 was seen by the government.

UP Govt to Cancel School Holidays on Great Personalities' Birth and Death Anniversary

As per reports, the Yogi Adityanath government has announced today that there will not be any school holidays on the birth as well as death anniversaries of great personalities in Uttar Pradesh. He added that special programmes will be organised in school about those great personalities.

The CM said this initiative will help students know about the great personalities.
