14 July 2020 Current Events Congress in a Catch-22 Situation in Rajasthan

The long-standing differences between Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot and his deputy Sachin Pilot have created a crisis for the Congress government in Rajasthan. It seems Rajasthan may face the same fate as of Madya Pradesh. Sachin Pilot has been camping in Delhi and met several senior leaders of Congress. But the young leader and his supporters skipped the meeting of Congress legislators on Monday held in Jaipur. Currently, the grand old party has been claiming that CM Gehlot has the support of 100 MLAs in the 200 members Rajasthan assembly. But Sachin Pilot is looking in a belligerent mood and not ready to listen to anyone.
