15 February 2019 Current Events Pulwama Attack: At least 40 CRPF personnel martyred in a suicide attack

At least 40 CRPF personnel have been killed in a suicide bombing attack which was carried out on Thursday. A convoy of about 70 vehicles which was carrying nearly 2, 500 troops, to the Kashmir Valley was attacked by a car. The car overtook the convoy and rammed into the bus when there were 44 people on board. The car was carrying 300 -350 kg explosives. Jaish-e-Mohammad, a Pakistan based Islamist group has taken the responsibility of the attack.
