Tata Motors, M&M on top among top R&D spenders

Indian automobile giants Tata Motors and Mahindra & Mahindra stood on the top in the list of the biggest spenders on research and development in 2016-17. Tata Motors and Mahindra & Mahindra spent ₹2,100.1 crore and ₹2,075.8 crore respectively in R&D.  According to the reports, the five biggest R&D spenders in 2016-17 were Tata Motors, M&M, Maruti Suzuki India (MSI), Honda Cars India, and Ashok Leyland. 

7 people killed after falling of huge rock in Jammu

7 people were killed and 30 injured after a huge rock rolled down a 100-foot high Siar Baba waterfall in Reasi district of Jammu and Kashmir on Sunday. The people were taking bath under the waterfall when the the loose rock and other debris fell on them. According to the reports, most of the dead and injured belonged to Jammu district.
